Established in September 2017, Fengfan International Engineering Co., Ltd ("Fengfan International") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changshu Fengfan Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (stock code 601700, SSE), a listed company with state-owned capital.

 

Fengfan International's core business is overseas engineering contracting and industrial development. It is capable of undertaking various modes of projects including bidding, EPC+F, and greenfield investment. Fengfan International's engineering construction and trade business covers many countries and regions in Africa, South America, the Middle East, South Asia, Central Asia and Eastern Europe. Its business scope covers the construction of transmission lines, substations, and photovoltaic power stations, as well as infrastructure construction. Additionally, Fengfan International also engages in the trading of products such as towers, conductors, optical cables, fittings, telecommunication equipment, and substation equipment, etc,.

 

Fengfan International has successively participated in and undertaken a series of high-quality power projects since its foundation, including the construction project of the 500kV Trans Yangtze River Grand Span transmission line with a tower height of 346.5 meters located in Jiangyin, the EPC project of the 500kV Chacao Strait Grand Span transmission line located in Chile, and several EPC projects of transmission lines in Bangladesh. In the field of foreign trade, Fengfan International has also signed and implemented projects such as supply of 190,000 tons of towers to Algeria, etc,.

 

In order to promote the development of overseas business, Fengfan International is actively exploring and implementing the strategy of localized operation. Up to now, it has established branches in Chile, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Brazil and other countries and regions. In the future, Fengfan International will further promote localized operation in Africa and the Middle East.
